While the attorney agent appointed by our service may be used for compliance with the FMCSA, neither SPA nor its agents hold out to accept service of process pursuant to designation requirements imposed by any state as part of state designation requirements for doing business in any particular jurisdiction. SPA clients are cautioned to obtain prior written approval from any of attorney agent for SPA before appointing him/her as an agent for service of process pursuant to state qualification statutes.
